Blomsterhav
A blooming childhood, captured in pattern
Blomsterhav is a hand-painted wallpaper by Noomi Spange – a floral tribute to the garden of her childhood in Dalarna. Every flower in the design originates from real plants in her parents’ wild garden: lupins, snake’s head fritillaries, monkshood, and the sweetest wild strawberries. From gouache brush to wallpaper – a pattern full of memories, love, and the feeling of summer.

Three colourways – three moods
Blomsterhav comes in three colourways, each with its own expression. The dark blue version mirrors the original gouache painting and has a rich, tapestry-like feel. The warm grey is soft and harmonious, while the white version is fresh and full of summer energy – like a blooming meadow. Each colourway carries a piece of Noomi’s childhood home.

"Blomsterhav is my love letter to the Swedish summer – and to my mother, who let us grow up surrounded by flowers, animals, and imagination."
– Noomi Spange, designer at Boråstapeter
