You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on our products. Attach the enclosed return shipping label to the parcel and hand it in at your nearest service point. If you do not have a return shipping label, please contact us. We will refund you as soon as we have received and registered your return, less any applicable return fee.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-fit wallpapers or wallpapers created from your own design. When you order a CUSTOM FIT wallpaper, you choose the dimensions and crop yourself, and the wallpaper is then produced specifically for your order. As the product is made according to your individual requirements, it is not covered by the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection legislation.
