Lavish bouquets of densely petalled roses and winding bindweed adorn the Floral vintage wallpaper Sweet Dream Rose. The original, probably from the 1920s or 1930s, was wet-on-wet block printed in at least 13 sumptuous colours that were allowed to flow into one another and create their own magic in warm shades of Pink, red, yellow, Purple and green on a vanilla-yellow background.
We are now printing Sweet Dream Rose once again, this time digitally to capture every tiny detail of this delightfully romantic wallpaper.

Frequently asked questions
How large are your wallpaper samples?
Our wallpaper samples are printed on real wallpaper paper and come in A4 format, i.e. 210x297 mm. Samples for custom-fit wallpapers are A3 in size, i.e. 297x420 mm.
Is it difficult to hang wallpaper?
Many people feel unsure about how to hang wallpaper, but in fact it is both easy and great fun. Our EasyUp wallpapers are made from non-woven material, which does not absorb moisture in the same way as paper. This means you can apply the adhesive directly to the wall. We have created a guide that explains how to hang non-woven wallpaper, and you are welcome to read more in our wallpaper guide. There you will also find instructions for how to hang paper wallpaper.
Are the wallpapers eco-friendly and free from harmful substances?
Yes, our wallpapers are printed on materials from sustainably managed forestry. No PVC or harmful solvents are used in production, and only water-based colours and surface treatments are used, which can be safely handled in the factory’s own treatment facilities. The factory is constantly striving to reduce energy consumption; for example, waste material from production is used for district heating in the city of Borås. And when you hold the finished wallpaper roll from Boråstapeter in your hand, it is packaged in recyclable material.
Why doesn’t the wallpaper look like it does in the pictures?
Sometimes the colour reproduction in images of wallpapers differs from reality. Please also keep in mind that different screens and image formats can affect colour reproduction. To get the right shades, we therefore recommend ordering a Sample first.
