How to match the pattern
Getting the pattern right is much easier than many people think. In fact, all you need to do is raise or lower the strip until the pattern matches perfectly.
When hanging the strip, place it as close to the one beside it as possible. Aim for a gap of about two to three millimetres. Lightly fix the strip in place so it doesn’t slide down the wall.
Then carefully adjust the strip until the pattern lines up. If you see any unevenness in the wallpaper, smooth it out with the wallpapering tool. Continue in exactly the same way with the next strip.
